  • The Toyota Flex and the Toyota Add-on Insurance Class Actions relate to the payment of 'Flex' commissions to Toyota dealerships for arranging finance, and the sale of Toyota branded Add-on Insurance policies, including Payment Protection Insurance, GAP Insurance and Mechanical Breakdown Insurance. 

    Complete this form if you have received a notice about the Toyota Flex and/or Toyota Add-on Insurance Class Actions, and would like to receive regular updates about the progress of the Class Actions.

    It does not cost any money to register and you will never be 'out of pocket' as a result of participating in either of the Class Actions.
